The configuration and development of the tool to provide the mentioned uses. Improvements and fixes using iET Solutions’ own rule and form-based language, Java programming using an iET object model and SQL Server database design. Developing systems with concern for future ease of maintenance and robustness. Windows and IIS server administration.

Duties include:

Additional duties include CMDB related data modeling, complex report or view definitions, SLA definition, workflow modeling, and system interface/integration design & development. Requirements, specification definition, and document writing. Communicating technical details to non-technical staff to aid informed decisions.
