Our consultant has many years of experience in IT as a Functional Administrator, IT Specialist, System Administrator working with IBM’s Control Desk and Maximo. He has knowledge and experience with Mainframe, Midrange and Virtual Environments. He has an analytical mindset, a helicopter view, and is process-oriented (ITIL/BISL), pragmatic and thinks out of the box.
As a professional, he has dealt with several responsibilities in his various roles. He was in charge of office support packages (CRM systems, CMS systems, e-mail processors, etc.), coaching and education of administrators.
